Our human team and potential equipment test all inputs of raw materials to exclude negative or low quality inputs, which may contain harmful heavy metals or radioactive elements that could be dangerous to plants or our own health.
From the beginning, Quality Control is responsible for receiving the raw materials to meet the optimal conditions in the production processes and ensure that suppliers are providing us with materials of excellent quality.
The Quality Control department provides guidance and correction to the course of production through measurements of all the elements during the manufacturing process, within the production lines until it reaches the stores of final products.
We check all the manufacturing processes and the quality of the finished products to guarantee the reliability of their characteristics in accordance with international standards, and comply with what our customers want.
We give continuous assistance to the Manufacturing and R & D Departments to ensure the characteristics of each product before making it known to users, and to assist in the development of products and manufacturing processes.
Our Quality Control Department keeps samples of each batch produced in our sample file, marked with the batch number, date of manufacture and the concentration of the various elements. Thus, they can be consulted if any problem arises in any product on the market within six months after its manufacture.
